Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 


Thank you for shopping with 2.0, LLC. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. All orders will receive a tracking number via email.


Business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm CST.


We are open on weekends.

Customs, duties, and taxes

2.0, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages:

If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it, you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Please follow up with USPS after you have submitted your claim, they will investigate to insure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address or etc. 


The only time that we will issue a store credit or resend lost/stolen packages is when tracking confirms that the package was lost during transit (minus shipping cost) and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.


If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or any reason at all, you will be issued a store credit (minus shipping cost) once it is confirmed that 2.0, LLC has received the product. 

Damages

2.0, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

All orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once your order has been processed and fulfilled. Should you have any issues with your order, incorrect products or missing products, please contact us via email.
